the only highlight of my stay was the pool, which was quite fun. unfortunately, everything else fell flat. bugs plagued my apartment, and the staff were not exactly willing to assist in a timely manner. i woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade, but alas, that did not happen. all in all, very disappointing experience.

the pools were awsome, kids loved them and had a blast in all the activities. plus, the staff were super friendly and always tried to make our stay fun. we really liked the spacious room, and the whole place felt clean and comfy. also loved that the bus to town was free and so close! the evening shows were cool too.
the food was mostly cold and not very varied, and the restaurant was way too noisy to enjoy a meal.

Enjoyable Family Experience with Room for Improvement
We stayed for 5 nights in a spacious Family Room and the kids had a fantastic time at the well-maintained swimming pools, which provided plenty of opportunities for fun and relaxation. The entertainment team was exceptionally engaging, making sure the kids were involved and having a blast each evening. the dining experience was quite disappointing. the food often lacked variety and freshness, and the layout of the restaurant could use better ventilation. it was a memorable family holiday but improvement in the dining quality would be greatly appreciated.

The layout of the hotel features several well-maintained pools tailored for family fun, offering engaging activities that keep the kids entertained. The proximity of some of the rooms to the pool area is a definite plus for families wanting quick access to the water.
The dining experience tends toward the chaotic, with heavy wooden chairs scraping against marble floors making for a noisy environment. the limited hours and offerings at the snack bar, which serves leftover food under lights without any proper heating, leaves much to be desired. The absence of a convenience shop adds to the inconvenience, especially given the hotel’s remote location, making it hard to grab essentials without a hike into town.

great family experience but dining needs improvement
The swimming pool area was a highlight during our stay. The engaging entertainment for kids kept our family involved each evening. The staff genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable, which made us feel welcomed. We particularly appreciated the beautiful pool view from our apartment, providing a relaxing atmosphere during our downtime.
The dining experience was lacking in variety.

The layout is pretty family-friendly, featuring multiple pools that kept the kids entertained for hours. The proximity of some rooms to the pool was excellent, allowing for quick access to the water, while the spacious family room provided a solid environment for everyone to relax after a long day.
The dining experience was a letdown. The food often lacked variety and was frequently served cold, making each meal a gamble. The restaurant layout added to the chaos, with heavy chairs scraping on marble floors making it noisy and uncomfortable. Plus, the absence of a convenience shop on-site was inconvenient, especially considering the hotel's remote location, where a simple snack run required a trek into town. The splash park's floor was in desperate need of a makeover, with slippery tiles creating a safety concern. And don’t get me started on the game room in the basement—it felt like a sauna without any air conditioning, making it unbearable to stay more than a few minutes.
